Paul will be conducting Mozart's Coronation Mass at the Joan Sutherland Centre on 17 May, 8.00 pm. Frank Celata from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra will also be appearing soloist in Mozart's Clarinet Concerto. Program is:

Paul will be guest composer/conductor in Porto, Portugal, from 2-5 July 2014. He will be working with the brass students at the conservatorium culminating with a public concert of his works for brass at Igreja S. José das Taipas, on the 5th.

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Brass will be performing Paul's work, Gegensätze, for the second time, on 19 December, at Orchestra Hall, Chicago.

Paul will be conducting Penrith Symphony Orchestra and soloists from the Sydney Conservatorium in Ibert's Divertissement, Menotti's chamber opera, the Telephone, and opera excerpts by Puccini, Mascagni, Leoncavallo, Dvorak, and Verdi. The performance commences at 8.00 pm, 30 November, Q Theatre, Joan Sutherland Centre, Penrith. 

Paul will be conducting Penrith Symphony Orchestra in Brahms 4th Symphony, Bruch Violin Concerto in G minor (soloist Barbara Gilby), and Overture to Tannhauser, at 8.00 pm, 2 November, Joan Sutherland Centre.

Paul's Gegensätze was performed at the Sydney International Brass Festival in July.

Paul's arrangement of Rhapsody in Blue for the Australian Brass Quintet will be performed in Paris in October. It has also been performed by Piers Lane and the ABQ at the Australian Chamber Music Festival in Townsville, on 1 August.

Paul will be conducting the Conservatorium High School orchestra and choir in Dvorak's Te Deum, at 6.30 pm, 18 and 19 September, at the Sydney Conservatorium. Also on the program is Schumann's Overture, Scherzo and Finale, Brahms/Schonberg G minor Piano Quartet (4th movt), and 1st movt of Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in E minor. 

Paul will be conducting the Academy Singers, with Helen Barnett as soloist, in John Rutter's Magnificat, at 3.00 pm, 11 August, St Hilda's Church, Katoomba. Also on the programme is Paul's a cappella setting of Thomas Aquinas' 13th century text, Pange Lingua. 

Paul will be conducting Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro for Pacific Opera in association with the Penrith Symphony Orchestra at 8.00 pm, 10 August, at the Joan Sutherland Centre, Penrith.

The production will be be repeated at Riverside Centre, Parramatta, at 7.30 pm, on 6 September.
